In Vietnam’s largest city Ho Chi Minh City, street vendors dot the busy city streets during the day, each serving food and drink with fresh and complex flavors. The evenings belong to vibrant night markets with mouthwatering dishes at every corner. On the weekends at the Mekong River Delta, hundreds of wooden boats form “floating markets” with merchants selling selling fresh produce, noodles cooked in boats on makeshift woks, and local treats served on banana leaves!

At Súp (pronounced “soup” with a rising tone), our aim is simple: To capture the exciting flavors of Vietnam in an inviting space with a warm ambiance & friendly service. Our goal is to share this beautiful cuisine with the community.

For our signature pho broths, we start with quality beef cuts and fresh beef bones and meticulously layer ingredients to develop the rich and complex flavor profile. For aromatics, we use whole spices and herbs and do not add any MSG or any “pre-mix” flavoring shortcuts. We are confident that you will taste the Súp difference when enjoying our pho noodle soups!

For our grill offerings, each marinade is expertly created by the chef to complement fresh meats and vegetables. Our appetizers are paired with bold dipping sauces which add an extra burst of umami flavor.
